The 800-year-old square farm in a secluded location with a view over the hilly landscape of the Mühlviertel offers the ideal atmosphere for a sustainable break. Try out new things, clear your head and feel the impetus for change. You will find retreat and peace at the natural swimming pond, in the woods and in the vastness of the gently rolling landscape. Enjoy moments of relaxation in the pine-scented sauna and in the evening in a cozy atmosphere around the fire bowl.

Catering

Modern, vegetarian-vegan cuisine awaits you at the Kleebauer Hof Retreat Center. Start the day with a feel-good breakfast with breads, jams, cheese, freshly prepared porridge, fruit, various types of milk, yogurt, fruit juices, spreads, coffee and different teas. At 2 pm we serve you a light lunch with a warming soup and spreads with bread or pastries.

We have a natural need for peace and inner concentration and individual strategies to fulfill this need in our daily lives. This retreat offers an introduction to meditation to develop compassion towards all beings and insight into the nature of all phenomena.

On the cushion, on the yoga mat and walking in nature, our busy minds can calm and collect themselves. A period of the day should be spent in silence to support this process. We can share our experiences - selected texts serve as a source of inspiration.

Program content:

- The exercises on the yoga mat have a balancing effect and special exercises for the hip opening and the spine make sitting easier.

- Meditation in nature can be practiced during a hike or a long walk.
- The meditation instructions guide our mind deeper and deeper into silence.

From Passau: via Oberkappel or Engelhartszell to Altenfelden

Travel by train to Linz main station, from here there are regular bus connections to Altenfelden, pick-up from the Altenfelden Ort bus stop is included at fixed times:
