Times and schedule tba - There is plenty of time just for you to read, be in the garden, hike or take an extra long siesta. Whatever you need at that moment.
2 Pilates sessions per day, workshop and day program/leisure time - The Pilates sessions are suitable for all levels. We train Pilates twice a day: We start the day with a Pilates mat session in the morning and meet again on the mat in the early evening - you will certainly find a tree for a sling and you can optionally book an aerial massage in the sling. You do not need any previous Pilates experience.
The day's program includes a hike, beach trip to the Baltic Sea, workshop and lots of free time for you!
Your trainer:
Julia has the beat in her blood and hip hop in her feet, which are usually in Nike sneakers. With roots in Berlin, she enjoys exploring the most beautiful corners of the world, even late into the night. You can experience her sense of rhythm in her classes and workshops, when the self-proclaimed "Hundreds freak" makes you sweat with powerful moves. Julia is a dancer, choreographer, certified Aerial Pilates, Aerial Massage, Anti Gravity Fitness, Pilates reformer, Pilates trainer and event manager and lived in New York for several years, where she danced and refined her dance styles. Before returning to Germany, Julia completed Pilates training with the well-known American Pilates trainer Linda Farrell and later further teacher training with Flying Pilates with Sonja Ehrlich, AntiGravity Fitness with Sonia Pitte, Pilates Reformer with Pilates Boutique Zurich and Aerial Massage in a cloth with Tina Weikard. Julia combines her creativity and organizational talent with many years of experience and always new impulses and trends. One of her favorite quotes: "Keep your squats low and your standards high".
Each Pilates session will have a different focus and relaxation/yin will also be included.
