At the Kleebauer Hof Retreat Center, you can expect modern, vegetarian-vegan cuisine. Start your day with a feel-good breakfast featuring breads, jams, cheese, freshly prepared porridge, fruit, a variety of milks, yogurt, fruit juices, spreads, coffee, and various teas. At 2 p.m., we serve a light lunch with a warming soup and spreads with bread or pastries.

The practice concentrates particularly on the deep muscles of the abdomen, back, and pelvic floor, combining stability with flexibility. These retreat days are deliberately dedicated to mindfulness, calmness, and the quality of movement. The sessions alternate between activating sequences and relaxing elements, so that strength is experienced not as tension but as inner stability. Pilates is not taught in a performance-oriented way, but as a gentle, effective way to achieve greater presence in your own body.

In addition to the practical sessions, theoretical input provides background information on posture, breathing, and movement sequences. The content is suitable for all levels and is designed so that it can be easily integrated into everyday life after the retreat. The aim is to combine physical strength with inner calm and to promote a feeling of lightness and self-confidence.

By car From Linz: via Ottensheim on the Rohrbach federal highway to Altenfelden From Passau: via Oberkappel or Engelhartszell to Altenfelden

By train and bus Travel by train to Linz Central Station, from where there are regular bus connections to Altenfelden. Pick-up from the Altenfelden Ort bus stop is included at fixed times: Pick-up from the bus: 2:08 p.m. and 3:08 p.m. (registration at least 24 hours before arrival)
Transfer to the bus: 9:50 a.m. and 10:50 a.m. These are approximate times. From Linz Central Station, you can reach Altenfelden Ort with bus lines 215 and 230/231.
