Positioning break by the sea – 3 days of clarity with individual support

There are moments when it makes sense to pause and review your own direction: What still fits? What needs to change? Where should the next phase lead? In everyday life, however, there is often not enough space to really delve into these questions. Between tasks, appointments, and expectations, clarity and priorities are quickly lost. This is precisely when it is worthwhile to consciously create some distance in order to regain focus and make confident decisions.

This is exactly where the positioning workshop on the island of Poel comes in: Over three days, we work intensively and focused on your individual topic. Each day, you also receive 1.5 to 3 hours of personal, individual support, during which we analyze your situation, structure options, and step by step uncover the path that really suits you or your career plans. The rest of the day is devoted to reflection, working out your individual focus topics, and distancing yourself from the familiar. About me: Positioning is a field that I teach and offer within coaching sessions. Within this format, coaching is combined with a break by the sea. Each participant is invited to get to know me via a virtual call before booking. Tax deductibility: As strategic work and reflection time, the positioning break can be claimed as a business expense or income-related expense if there is a clear professional focus. However, the tax treatment depends on the individual situation of the participant.
