We follow the fascinating traces of the Celts and an ancient indigenous culture.

You can NOT follow this path online. It is the path to you. Into your inner self.

You breathe in the fresh forest air, feel the soft, firm, rooty ground beneath your feet, see the bright green of spring and hear the birds chirping their cheerful song. Perhaps a deep sense of well-being is already spreading through you.

Your cells will begin to breathe and you will experience deep relaxation. One day can work small miracles and is a great opportunity to receive seminar content without spending hours in the seminar room.

We walk through beautiful nature to a place of power and a healing spring. The path is also an invitation to get to know an inner path, to get closer to yourself again, to regenerate and recharge your batteries.
How you experience yourself on this path can give you deep insights into your life.
We get in the mood for this path together. It is a process of self-awareness and an exercise in mindfulness.

Nothing will be imposed on you on this path, as is often the case nowadays. I cannot promise you that everything will be easier and better on your path and that you will achieve happiness and abundance very quickly.

I have been living spirituality for 25 years and what I want to give you is to share my experience with you, to have an experience with yourself.

You will train your body awareness and mindfulness and reconnect with yourself and nature, which is a true source of strength.

In stressful everyday life, contact with one's own body is often lost and most people tend to focus on their heads, yet the body has such great wisdom.

On this day, I will interweave content from my seminar "Happiness through self-love", which has been successful for years, with ancient knowledge from an indigenous culture.

You should be physically fit enough to manage the way there (1 hour downhill) and the way back (1.5 hours uphill through the forest). We walk slowly!

sequence

We meet at the BuddhasWeg monastery in the Odenwald.
Here we will start our walk in the beautiful garden of BuddhasWeg.
We will do a self-reflection (please bring something to write with you), do mindful yoga exercises to get
get into the body well.
Then we will make our way through the forest and visit the place of power and the healing spring.
We will linger there and practise a ritual, relax and exchange ideas.
We will make our way back at around 3 pm.
We will arrive back at the BuddhasWeg monastery at around 4:30 pm. There you can end the day in the tea house. With a delicious cappuccino or tea and a delicious piece of cake and / or dinner in the monastery at 6 pm.
You can book an overnight stay and turn the day seminar into a short monastery break if you wish or drive home.

So there are many possibilities, so that there is something for every budget.

Martina knows what she is talking about and can convey it well and empathically. The seminar is well structured and not overwhelming, with enough 'solo' time around it. Buddha's path and the Odenwald for hiking is worth a trip and I was already welcome there 2 days before.
