Your retreat is intentionally designed as a private and personalized experience. The daily schedule is flexibly adapted to your needs, your energy levels, and your personal journey. This creates space for genuine rest, deep relaxation, and lasting renewal.
The day usually begins with a gentle morning practice that may include elements of movement, breathwork, or meditation. These sessions help gently activate the body, clear the mind, and begin the day mindfully.
In the afternoon, the focus is entirely on personal healing sessions in the form of manual bodywork. This includes Tibetan Cranial as well as other gentle, holistic techniques that have a deeply relaxing effect and soothe the nervous system.
Each partner receives their own individually tailored one-on-one session that addresses personal needs and facilitates deep relaxation.
Between program activities, time is intentionally set aside for rest, retreat, and shared experiences. Whether relaxing by the pool, spending time on the terrace with a sea view, taking walks along the coast, or enjoying a refreshing swim in the sea—you set your own pace.
In the evening, the focus is on calm, restorative activities such as guided meditations, breathwork, sound healing, or gentle mindfulness rituals. These sessions support the integration of the day’s experiences and invite you to consciously wind down the day in deep tranquility.
This retreat does not follow a rigid schedule but combines a clear daily structure with individual guidance, personal depth, and ample freedom—for lasting relaxation and a mindful shared retreat.
