They offer you a beautiful oasis "VIDYAMOR" where you can experience different types of cleansing and detoxification techniques in combination with raw food in a very protected environment to heal your body, mind and soul. As there is only one guest house, you have the great opportunity to enjoy the oasis without other visitors! Individual and competent care is guaranteed, as no other guests will be accommodated during your stay.

If you wish, you can extend your stay by a few days or a week or combine your detox retreat with wellness and yoga. If you book for 2 weeks, there is a discount of 100 EUR on the second week.

During your vacation, you will stay in the cozy and lovingly designed guest house with sea view, private veranda and bathroom. Surrounded by flowers and fruit trees, the unique guest house of Vidyamor La Palma can be reached via a 7-minute walk and has:

~ a double bed and a single bed that can be used as a couch
~ a small raw food kitchen
~ a wood-burning stove with a glass door through which you can watch the fire instead of watching TV ;)
~ air conditioning
~ a private veranda with sun loungers, a dining table and chairs
~ a private sunbathing area with a hammock

On the day of your arrival, Vidyamor La Palma welcomes you with a delicious raw food dinner of fresh salad, avocados, bread made from sprouted grains, olives and herbal tea. During the six days of your fasting cure, Vidyamor La Palma offers a cleansing fasting menu with organic fruit and vegetables, juices and detox tea throughout the day to detoxify the body.

There are two mono-meals each day, which means you can eat as many mangoes as you want, for example, but not a mixture of different types of fruit. This makes it easier to digest and you will know when you have had enough. You won't go hungry like with other types of fasting. It is a beautiful experience to eat food in its pure form for a while, just as Mother Nature intended for us. In addition to the two mono meals, Vidyamor serves you three different juices and a liter of detox tea every day.

On the sixth day of the fast, Vidyamor La Palma adds some avocados to break the fast. On the day of departure, Vidyamor La Palma provides you with fruit, nuts and dried fruit for your journey.

On the first day of fasting, there will be an introduction with lots of information and tips on how you can improve your health.

In the morning, Vidyamor La Palma will bring your fasting menu for the whole day at the time of your choice. About 30 minutes later, you start the detox treatments of your choice. After a break, you can enjoy wellness or another treatment, go for a walk or a short excursion to discover the beautiful island, or simply relax in the romantic oasis.

Many people feel burnt out, empty and dissatisfied with their daily lives. Few people pay attention to these signs and wonder why they have physical complaints or even chronic illnesses after years for no apparent reason. As a large part (approx. 80 %) of our entire immune system is located in the gut, its detoxification can be seen as an important basis for an intact immune defense, more vitality and increased well-being. To this end, decades-old residues and hardened deposits can be dissolved through effective and painless intestinal irritation.

The associated fruit and juice fasting can support the body in detoxification and normalize the acid-base balance, which has become unbalanced due to denatured foods such as white sugar, white flour, excessive meat consumption or stress. Arrival by plane

Please book your flight to Santa Cruz de La Palma (SPC). An airport transfer is available, but the organizer recommends renting a car, as the Vidyamor oasis is somewhat remote and not easily accessible by public transport.

Airport transfer : from La Palma airport to the oasis takes about 75 minutes and costs 80 € each way.
