This Tantra retreat is an invitation to meet and rediscover each other mindfully and lovingly amidst the lush nature of the beautiful Murtal valley, far away from everyday life.
✦ What you can look forward to
In this retreat, we won’t engage in endless, circular conversations; instead, we’ll focus on the experience of closeness, touch, and connection.
Tantra is central to this, but not as a “tool” or technique for better sex; rather, Tantra is an attitude: an invitation to slow down, to meet one another mindfully, honestly, and fully present, and to perceive each other more consciously once again.
I will guide you step by step to rediscover yourselves sensually and playfully on a physical, mental, and emotional level.
This also includes conscious physical connection. Through mindfully guided sequences, you can experience mutual touch and massage more consciously again, always within your personal boundaries and in a safe space.
Additionally, space is created for honest conversations, couple processes, and new perspectives on your relationship. Together, we’ll look at patterns, your needs and boundaries, and where you’ve lost touch in everyday life—and where genuine connection can be possible again.
I don’t follow a rigid program but tailor the retreat to you as a couple; possible topics may include:

This retreat is organized exclusively for you as a couple; there are no other participants, no group setting, and no outside influences. A safe and clearly defined space where you can experiment, laugh, feel, and enjoy yourselves undisturbed, entirely at your own pace and according to your needs.
I design your retreat with love, mindfulness, and without any pressure to perform. With respect for your boundaries and openness to what may (re)emerge between you—at no point is nudity or any specific exercise required. I will guide you through your process and step back at the right moment so you can be together undisturbed.
Many couples take away much more from these days than just beautiful memories of a weekend together. Not only do the insights continue to resonate long after the retreat into everyday life, but even during the retreat, it becomes clear that conversations become easier again, touch feels more natural, and the relationship becomes more vibrant once more.
Many begin to see themselves more as a couple in love rather than just a functional team—as two people who can reconnect with one another. Not because all everyday problems have suddenly vanished, but because something that was often long buried has resurfaced: the ability to see each other again and to meet with kindness and appreciation.

BookTo ensure you stay well-nourished throughout your time together, we offer lovingly prepared vegetarian and vegan meals made with fresh, organic ingredients and wild herbs that nourish both body and soul.
In addition to breakfast and dinner, small snacks as well as hot and cold non-alcoholic beverages are available throughout the day.
There is no à la carte dining, but we will of course accommodate any individual dietary restrictions.
✦ How I Work
I’m Sabine, a psychological counselor and couples & sex therapist, and the woman behind the “Green Couch.” I will personally guide you through your process during these days in a way that is mindful of your nervous system and neurodiversity.
Over several days, I will hold a clear and safe space for you and accompany you at your own pace and according to your needs through whatever arises, with a calm, steady presence.
I consciously limit the number of women and men I guide each season (June–September) because personal guidance requires time, presence, and attention.
My foundation is built on training in life and social counseling, couples and sex therapy, bodywork, human energetics, shamanism, and nature and wilderness education.
✦ The Location
My retreat is located in the Murtal valley in Styria, nestled between mountains, forests, and water. A place to breathe deeply, without TV or radio noise, without the constant clatter that pulls you into the world when you actually want to find peace.
Instead, nature’s cinema with the murmur of a stream and a chorus of birds. No Wi-Fi, but a full connection to nature and to yourself.
✦ What your days with me will look like
Your retreat follows a clear structure of arrival, deepening, and integration, yet it is not meticulously scheduled. We work with whatever arises and is truly important at the moment.
Day 1 – Arrival
Arrival starting at 3:00 PM, and you’re welcome to settle in first.
Afterward, we’ll get to know each other during a Walk & Talk in nature and see if you’ve brought a specific topic with you.
The evening is intentionally kept quiet: settling in, unwinding, a cozy dinner, and then some initial ideas for your time as a couple.
Day 2 – Deepening
The second day is the heart of your retreat.
After breakfast, space is created just for you. Depending on the process and topic, we’ll work through conversation, in nature, through movement, creatively, or via physical awareness. The mutual massages are, of course, the highlight of the day, and I’ll guide you slowly toward them. In between, there will be regular breaks for reflection, processing, and rest—and for you as a couple.
The evening winds down peacefully over dinner.
Day 3 – Integration
After breakfast, we take time to reflect on the experience together.
What has emerged, what has become clearer, what new insights have you discovered, and which of these can accompany you back into your everyday life?
Your retreat ends around 10:00 a.m.
