Pure yoga for men in the Mühlviertel

There is no room for pressure to perform and competition on the yoga mat. With purist yoga, you will discover the balance between power and inner peace. And a practice for flexibility, balance and mental strength. A yoga retreat just for men in the 800-year-old Kleebauer farm and in an impressive natural setting.

The Vierkanthof in a secluded location with a view over the hilly landscape of the Mühlviertel offers the ideal atmosphere for a sustainable break. Try out new things, clear your head and feel the impetus for change. You will find retreat and peace at the natural swimming pond, in the woods and in the vastness of the gently rolling landscape. Enjoy moments of relaxation in the pine-scented sauna and in the evening in a cozy atmosphere around the fire bowl.

Modern, vegetarian-vegan cuisine awaits you at the Kleebauer Hof Retreat Center. Start the day with a feel-good breakfast with breads, jams, cheese, freshly prepared porridge, fruit, various types of milk, yogurt, fruit juices, spreads, coffee and different teas. At 2 pm we serve you a light lunch with a warming soup and spreads with bread or pastries.

In our fast-moving times, moments of inner peace are rare. In the Mühlviertler Hügelland, you can take a conscious break from having to give your all all the time. Yoga is an exercise in balance: a balance between activity and relaxation. Work up a sweat, feel your body and then simply let go at the end of the yoga session. Notice how your muscles become long again and flexibility and strength develop. Tension can be released. Strengthen your balance and body awareness and interrupt the flow of thoughts by consciously using your breathing.

In the men-only group, it doesn't matter how flexible you are or whether you already have yoga experience. Arrive at the Kleebauer Hof Retreat Center in the here and now and spend a vacation in a landscape that attracts active people and nature lovers alike.

Scope of the program: Two yoga sessions of 2 hours each day. One yoga session each on the day of arrival and departure.

By train and bus
Travel by train to Linz main station, from here there are regular bus connections to Altenfelden, pick-up from the Altenfelden Ort bus stop is included at fixed times:
Pick-up from the bus: 14.08 h and 15.08 h (registration at least 24 hours before arrival)
Transfer to the bus: 09.50 h and 10.50 h.
