Summary

A weekend that belongs only to you—do you remember? Our world is getting faster; demands are increasing and pressure is growing. Everyone wants something from you, whether it's family or friends, at work or in your free time. Where is the time to just take a deep breath, recharge your batteries, and focus only on yourself and your own needs? Where is the space for you to defy stress, find yourself, and strengthen your personal resources? Our weekend retreats offer you this space. You spend a few days far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, out of the rat race. Allow yourself: - Time for yourself, without the pressure of self-optimization.
- Time for self-reflection, without digging up the past. - Time for exchange, without soul-baring. At your own pace, you can find a feeling of deep peace, detached and in good hands. Our core elements are qi gong and resilience building—because we are convinced that they offer you the greatest added value. And because they are what we are really good at. For women who are always functioning and there for others—and finally want to be there for themselves. Registration deadline: March 11, 2026

When movement becomes meditation. Qi Gong is a quiet movement art from traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Mindful, flowing movements, conscious breathing, and inner focus create a meditative space in which body and mind find peace. It is practiced sitting, standing, and lying down—gently, without effort, and entirely at your own pace. This practice strengthens your life energy ("Qi"), promotes well-being, and invites you to encounter yourself with new mindfulness. Qi Gong is suitable for people of all ages—a path to inner balance and lively stillness.

Strengthening resilience: Bend rather than break. Resilience means "mental toughness" and is the ability to cope better and faster with difficult times; to get through them healthily and without lasting impairment, and to grow from them by accessing personal resources and those provided by the environment. Each of us can learn to strengthen our resilience—throughout our entire lives.

Personal support is possible due to a limited number of participants.

An additional online post-retreat meeting.

The retreat is designed as a seminar with practice and reflection components.

sequence

The retreat does not follow a rigid schedule, but rather a mindful, clear framework that leaves room for development, for experience, and for whatever arises in the moment. Over the course of the weekend, sessions aimed at strengthening inner resilience alternate with qigong practice. Sometimes these take place separately, sometimes they overlap. In this way, the connection between body and mind is not only understood, but can also be experienced directly. Movement, perception, and reflection complement each other and deepen each other's effects. Between the group sessions, there is deliberately time for exchange, for conversations in small groups, while walking, or during meals. There is also time for retreat, silence, and rest. Each participant decides for herself what she needs at that moment.
