During these five days, you will immerse yourself in the philosophy of Qi Gong. You will learn how Qi Gong developed, the meaning of Yin and Yang and what is behind the concept of Qi, the life energy. Your program leader Nora will take you on a journey in which these topics are not only taught in theory, but also brought to life through practice.
The practice begins with basic postures, simple movement sequences and breathing techniques. Meridian exercises illustrate the flow of vital energy through the body and show how Qi Gong can contribute to holistic health. You will strengthen your immune system with special exercises and learn to let go of stress. Advanced techniques are also introduced to balance emotions and find inner equilibrium.
By regularly repeating and deepening the exercises, you will gain the tools to integrate Qi Gong into your everyday life in the long term. At the end of this time-out, you will return with a heightened awareness and a deeper connection to yourself.
The program is suitable for beginners as well as advanced practitioners who want to refresh or deepen their practice.
