In these five days you will learn about the philosophy of Qi Gong. How did qigong develop? What do Yin and Yang mean and what is behind the concept of Qi, the energy of life? Your program leader Nora will take you on a journey in which the answers to these questions will become tangible. Her practice begins with basic postures, simple movement sequences and breathing exercises. Meridian exercises tell you about the life energy that flows through the body and show how Qi Gong can contribute to holistic health. You will strengthen your immune system with exercises and find ways to let go of stress. You will also practise advanced techniques and learn exercises to balance emotions. Through repetition and deepening, you can integrate the practices of Qi Gong into your everyday life. And so you will return from your time out with a deeper connection to yourself.
The program is suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners who want to refresh their practice.
