The exercises of the five animals in Shaolin Qi Gong are based on ancient knowledge: Each animal is assigned to an element, a season and an internal organ. Together with Qi Gong teacher Lieselotte Weisel, you will discover how this connection works on a physical, mental and emotional level.
In the midst of the peaceful expanse of the Mallorcan island, you will learn to bring yin and yang back into balance. With targeted movement sequences, breathing exercises and small rituals, you will strengthen the internal organs or organ pairs such as liver-bile, kidney-bladder or stomach-spleen. You will also learn how each organ relates to the seasons and elements.
Particularly valuable: you will learn which foods have a supportive effect and how your diet can be gently adapted to the rhythm of nature.
You will also take away specific ideas for everyday life: Tapping techniques, acupressure points and small exercises will help you stay calm and centered when life gets stormier. The retreat is suitable for anyone who wants to strengthen themselves holistically, reduce stress and rediscover their vitality.
Accompanied by the Mallorcan sun in February, the vegetarian-vegan full board and the spa area with indoor pool at the Son Manera Finca, you will experience a week full of happiness, lightness and regeneration.
Program: Sunday to Friday, two sessions of 2 hours each; the arrival and departure days are program-free.
