We meet twice a day for approximately 2.5 hours each time, except on the day of arrival and departure. Theory and practice alternate. We practice indoors and, if necessary, outdoors. The course instructor, Qigong master Joachim Stuhlmacher, has over 40 years of experience and is a well-known and highly accomplished teacher of Qigong and Chinese medicine.
