The summer retreat in July includes exercises from "Mawangdui Qigong," preparatory exercises to help you perceive Qi more quickly, and theory to better understand the essence of classical Qigong and our bodies. The theory covers a wealth of fascinating information about the organ theory of Chinese medicine and its self-help methods. The course instructor, Qigong Master Joachim Stuhlmacher, has over 40 years of experience and is a well-known and highly accomplished teacher of Qigong and Chinese medicine. In practice, simple Qigong exercises are performed, explained in great detail, and corrected to help participants access their Qi and achieve results quickly.
