Taiji and Qigong complement each other perfectly. Both forms of movement bring you perfectly into your center and help you to be more mindful. In Qigong, you gather your energy and maintain your energy and health with meditative movements. Taiji helps you to train your balance and coordination. The course is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. The weekend program includes a certified prevention course (€210), which is subsidized by statutory health insurance companies. Mindful walking through nature and the monastery garden promotes mindfulness and directs your attention to the essentials. The weekend retreat is rounded off with silent and guided meditations, which can have a special effect in a group setting. In between, there is still enough time to process your impressions, let the monastery atmosphere sink in, and unwind. With numerous exercises, we repeatedly direct our attention to the moment and pure perception, deepening the practice of mindfulness. Qigong and meditation teacher Kerstin Wessel is a certified Qigong teacher recognized by the German Taiji-Qigong Association, a communication trainer, and a trained TCM therapist and meditation trainer. Trainer Marcel Sturm is a certified Qigong, Taiji, and Kung Fu trainer and fitness coach.
