In addition to the course fees, there are accommodation and meal costs of currently €140. The rooms are simply and comfortably furnished. Each room has its own sink. The very clean showers and toilets are available in sufficient numbers on each corridor near each room. Rooms are reserved directly upon booking, and payment is made on site.

Coffee, tea, and snacks are included in the seminar price and are available at any time. Cold drinks can be purchased on site at reasonable prices. Meals are as follows: - Breakfast buffet with rolls, bread, cold cuts, cheese, fresh vegetables and fruit, yogurt, and muesli.
- Lunch consisting of soup, main course, and dessert, as well as salad almost every day. - Dinner consisting of bread and cold cuts, always accompanied by a hot dish and salad. The kitchen can accommodate simple dietary restrictions, such as vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or lactose-free. The food is tasty and plentiful, and always freshly prepared.

The Taiji and Qigong sessions alternate. The program will be designed so that the movements in the Taiji choreography are also found in the Qigong exercises, helping with recognition and body memory when learning the more complex Taiji movements. This makes the program feasible for everyone, and both beginners and advanced practitioners will benefit from deepening their understanding of the movement sequences. You are responsible for your own travel arrangements. The easiest way to reach the Nikolauskloster is via the A46 motorway, exiting at Grevenbroich-Kapellen. Then turn right onto the L 361 and follow it for about 2 km until you see the sign for Nikolauskloster. Turn left onto the L32 and after about 1 km you will see the monastery on your left. Parking spaces are available directly on the street.
