This weekend we want to learn and practise Zhineng Qigong and Hatha Yoga intensively. Qigong is an easy-to-learn, slow, flowing movement that allows us to quickly calm down and find our center. Our thoughts calm down. It is about recharging our batteries and finding peace through the exercises. We practise small tools to help us cope better with small upsets in everyday life. During your special time-out, you will practise hatha yoga, the classic yoga with many relaxation phases. The sun and moon in our nervous system can be balanced and we can draw new strength. The varied asanas are suitable for all levels of movement.

The room in which the courses take place is located on the grounds of a hotel, where single or double rooms with breakfast can be booked if required.
Qigong and yoga meetings take place in a hotel. The hotel has its own restaurant. Breakfast and dinner are available on request and at an extra charge.
