QIGONG IN NATURE - BEING ONE WITH NATURE
In this Qigong seminar we spend a week by the sea on the beautiful green island of Corfu.
The second week is spent in the Zagori National Park, famous for being the deepest gorge in the world (Guinness Book).
Zagori has recently been declared a UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE because of its incomparable natural beauty and traditional mountain villages.
We practise Qigong in the most beautiful and powerful places in nature:
On the beach, under olive trees and plane trees, by the shimmering green-blue river or in the breathtakingly beautiful Vikos Gorge.
The energy of the earth and the sky flows through us and we can recharge our batteries and find peace.
The harmony of nature also has a balancing effect on us.
The fresh air, the good food and the convivial get-togethers create a great sense of well-being.

Here we experience the sun setting into the sea evening after evening.
The long sandy beach at Arillas is the perfect place to relax.
Everything is within walking distance and invites you to linger.

The national park in the northwest of Greece - famous for its deepest gorge in the world, the Vikos Gorge.
Impressive rocky plateaus and rock gardens, springs and deep green-blue rivers.
Short hikes to our natural Qigong platforms prepare us for the Qigong exercises.

SHI BA SHI
The "18 harmonious movements of Taiji-Qigong" were developed in 1979 by Qigong master and master healer Prof. Lin Hou Sheng to improve the practitioner's general health and well-being.
They are said to strengthen the heart and kidneys, stimulate the lungs and open the chest, improve blood pressure, relieve depression, anxiety and headaches and strengthen the knees and legs.
They are simple, flowing movements that calm the mind and move the whole body.
BACKGROUND KNOWLEDGE FIVE ELEMENTS (September)
We look at the properties and functions of the five elements and tap into their potential.
MEDITATION
The "Small Heavenly Circuit" or "Small Energy Circuit" is a guided meditation in which we activate and strengthen the main and secondary energy centers of the body.
