During mindful pottery on Tuesday afternoon, you’ll shape your own Kurinuki Cup—a unique mug that reflects your inner journey and will accompany you in your daily life even after the retreat.

Working with clay brings you back to the here and now and creates space for creativity, calm, and inner reflection.

A thousand thanks for this beautiful, relaxing break! Also for your time and effort and the wonderful setting at this beautiful location with so many lovely people. It has stayed with me for a long time.

What touched me most was the Qigong in nature—the peace and vastness and practicing under the open sky were magical.

I will be back! <3

Dear Anke! You gave me a truly wonderful weekend with your heartfelt guidance in a beautiful atmosphere. I’m somewhat familiar with Qigong—of which there are many types and styles—but I wasn’t specifically familiar with Yuangong, so it’s a wonderful addition to my Qigong practice.

From another field, I know that it can be a bit difficult at first to reconcile the different “levels of knowledge” and ideas within a group—you managed this really well, as far as I’m concerned, and I look forward to further learning, practicing, and experiencing with you.

Thank you so much again for letting me be part of the retreat.

Everything was just right: the group, the space, the
program. You have a gift for filling the
space with your voice and your presence, letting us feel your joy, guiding us, and
also responding to our needs.

It was a luminous,
beautiful experience.
