This mini-retreat is intentionally designed to harmoniously blend mindful practice with restorative breaks. There will be plenty of time for reflection and integration.

Saturday – Arrival & Introduction
Starting at 1:45 PM – Arrival & Settling In
Arrive at your own pace, enjoy a cup of tea, let the space work its magic on you, and consciously leave your daily life behind
2:00 PM – 6:00 PM – Retreat Time (including 2 breaks)
Gentle Qigong and Zapchen exercises to ground yourself in your body and release tension.
Guided heart meditations strengthen your connection to yourself and open space for your personal theme. Breaks for integration and sharing.
Sunday – Deepening & Realigning
10:00 AM – 1:00 PM – Retreat Time
We deepen the practice and strengthen the sense of inner security and stability.
Guidance on resilience and mindful alignment supports you in looking ahead with new clarity.
1:00 PM – Lunch & Break
Lunch together in a relaxed atmosphere, indoors or outdoors.
Time for sharing, rest, or a mindful walk in nature or in the gemstone garden.
2:30 – 4:00 PM – Conclusion & Integration
Closing session with meditation and integrating the experiences into daily life.
