LUCY RATZEL QIGONG
Seminar trips beyond the usual
THE RETREAT:
Qigong by the sea and in nature
The QIGONG seminar leader LUCY RATZEL and the landscape photographer COSTAS ZISSIS will make this seminar a very special experience for you.
We are both very close to nature and have made it our concept to always practise Qigong in the midst of nature. It reinforces the exercises in a natural way, because Qigong originated from the observation of nature and here we are in direct contact with the sources of power!
In the morning we practise Qigong right by the sea, then after breakfast in the shade of pine trees or old olive trees.
The afternoon is free to swim in the sea, hike or linger in one of the cafés on the beach promenade.
On three afternoons, we discover the natural thermal springs and an ancient site and practise our exercises there, or meet for the guided meditation "Small Energy Circuit" from Silent Qigong.
There are also two free days for excursions and letting yourself go.

SEMINAR CONTENT:
SHI BA SHI
The "18 harmonious movements of Taiji-Qigong" were developed in 1979 by Qigong master and master healer Prof. Lin Hou Sheng to improve the practitioner's general health and well-being. The health-promoting properties of this series of exercises are manifold: They are said to strengthen the heart, kidneys, stimulate the lungs and open the chest, improve blood pressure, relieve depression, anxiety and headaches, and strengthen the knees and legs. They are simple, flowing movements that calm the mind and move the whole body.
