Qigong, yoga and nature between forest and vineyards

A trip with complete relaxation and new impulses
A week to completely recharge your batteries? Why not try out Zhineng Qigong and yoga? Plus beautiful special nature excursions and short hikes in the beautiful Palatinate Forest or in the vineyards, depending on the weather. We will practise Qigong in nature and enjoy great views. After an eventful day, you can treat yourself to a delicious meal in the restaurant at the end of the day.
Two relaxing units of exercise every day to give you strength and realign your inner balance. You will gain many new impulses.
What is Zhineng Qigong?
The flowing, easy-to-learn exercises can be practiced by people of all ages. The exercises can be practiced standing or sitting. Qigong serves to activate your self-healing powers and support your individual health. Practicing qigong quickly creates a sense of calm, strength and harmony between body and mind.
What type of yoga is practiced here?
Hatha yoga is practiced in our time-out. Classic yoga with many relaxation phases. The sun and moon in our nervous system can be balanced. Gain new strength. A variety of asanas for every level of movement.

The accommodation is a hotel with a beautiful large hotel garden. The rooms are furnished as single rooms and double rooms with bathroom and WC, mostly with terrace or balcony. There is a restaurant available. You are within walking distance of our vineyards, which characterize the landscape. A short drive takes you to the wonderful Palatinate Forest, the largest contiguous forest area in Germany. There are many things to discover from the past, such as castles and chapels.
In the hotel there is a light-flooded room where Qigong and yoga can take place.

In the morning, you can fortify yourself with a varied breakfast buffet. In the evening, a dinner menu with a choice awaits you in the restaurant: Meat, fish, vegetarian. Of course, intolerances can be taken into consideration if you book in advance.
There is also an extensive drinks menu to match our landscape with a large selection of wines, including non-alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

On the day of arrival, after a brief introduction, we will start with a Qigong and a yoga session.
The following days will begin with a relaxation session of yoga or qigong in the morning.
Depending on the weather, we will go on short walks, e.g. along a small stream or special nature experiences. Depending on the activity, we will simply practise Qigong during the nature experience. Or after our excursions in the hotel.
Views and special visits are also on the agenda.

Edenkoben has a train station. The train station is within walking distance of the hotel. Edenkoben is located on the Southern Wine Route and has a Mediterranean climate. This is why wine thrives so well here. Edenkoben is a small town with around 6500 inhabitants.
