Qigong, yoga and nature between forest and vineyards

A trip that offers great relaxation and new impulses
A week to recharge your batteries? Why not try out Zhineng Qigong and yoga? Enjoy beautiful nature excursions and short hikes in the beautiful Palatinate Forest or in the vineyards, depending on the weather. We will practise Qigong in nature and enjoy great views. After an eventful day, you can treat yourself to a delicious menu in the restaurant in the evening.
There are two relaxing yoga or qigong sessions a day, which can give you strength and realign your inner balance. You will receive many new impulses for your well-being.
What is Zhineng Qigong?
The flowing, easy-to-learn exercises can be practiced by people of all ages. The exercises can be practiced standing or sitting. Qigong serves to activate your self-healing powers and support your individual health. Practicing qigong quickly creates a sense of calm, strength and harmony between body and mind.
What kind of yoga is practiced here?
During your special time-out, you will practise hatha yoga, the classic yoga with many relaxation phases. The sun and moon in our nervous system can be balanced and we draw new strength. The varied asanas are suitable for all levels of movement.

You will stay in a family-run hotel with a beautiful large garden. The rooms are furnished as single and double rooms with bathroom and WC, mostly with terrace or balcony. We will have dinner together in the restaurant. The vineyards that characterize the landscape are within easy walking distance. A short drive takes you to the wonderful Palatinate Forest, the largest contiguous forest area in Germany. There are many things to discover from the past, such as castles and chapels.
There is a light-flooded room in the hotel where the Qigong and yoga sessions take place.

In the morning you can enjoy a varied breakfast buffet from 6.30 am. In the evening, a dinner menu with a choice awaits you in the restaurant from 6 pm: Meat, fish, vegetarian. Of course, intolerances can be taken into consideration if you book in advance.
There is also an extensive drinks menu to match our landscape with a large selection of wines (including non-alcoholic varieties) and non-alcoholic drinks.

On the day of arrival, after a brief introduction, we start at 3 pm with a 60-minute session of Qigong and yoga.
The following days will begin with a relaxation session of yoga or Qigong in the morning.
Depending on the weather, we will go for walks, e.g. along a small stream or hike through special nature experiences. Depending on the activity, we will practise Qigong during the nature experience. Or at the hotel after our excursions.
Special views and special visits are also on the agenda.

Edenkoben has a train station. The train station is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. For guests arriving by car, sufficient parking spaces are available directly at the hotel for a fee. Edenkoben is located on the Southern Wine Route and is known for its Mediterranean climate. This is why wine thrives so well here.
