SEMINAR TRIPS BEYOND THE USUAL!
OUR CONCEPT:
We practise Qigong at various places of power in nature. This allows you to see a lot of the breathtakingly beautiful Zagori National Park and the beautiful island of Lefkas.
EIGHT SEMINAR DAYS:
In the morning we practise Qigong in silence.
After breakfast, we will practice in the facility or drive to our various natural practice platforms in the shade of old olive trees or pine trees, by the river or the sea, in the mountains or at old monasteries.
Here you will also learn background knowledge that is rarely taught in Qigong courses,
but which is so important for gaining access to the ancient knowledge of healing and transformation.
We go to various places of power, connect with their energy and return to the facility in the afternoon, filled with beauty.

You also have four free days on which you can let yourself drift or take part in day trips organized by us. There are beautiful natural landscapes nearby that we will be happy to show you.
ZAGORI NATIONAL PARK
The national park in the northwest of Greece is famous for its VIKOS SNAKE.
According to the Guinness Book of Records, it is the deepest gorge in the world.
Impressive rock plateaus and rock gardens, springs and deep green-blue rivers - the almost untouched nature is breathtaking.

LEFKAS (Lefkada)
The island of Lefkas, the "WHITE PEARL OF GREECE"
is known for its white beaches and the particularly turquoise blue sea.
On the east coast is the inner archipelago with its countless small islands - a small paradise.

SHI BA SHI
The "18 harmonious movements of Taiji-Qigong" were developed in 1979 by Qigong master and master healer Prof. Lin Hou Sheng to improve the general health and well-being of the practitioner. The health-promoting properties of this series of exercises are manifold: They are said to strengthen the heart, kidneys, stimulate the lungs and open the chest, improve blood pressure, relieve depression, anxiety and headaches, and strengthen the knees and legs. They are simple, flowing movements that calm the mind and move the whole body.
BACKGROUND KNOWLEDGE FIVE ELEMENTS
We look at the properties and functions of the five elements and tap into their potential.
MEDITATIONS
The "Small Heavenly Circuit" or "Small Energy Circuit" is a guided meditation in which we activate and strengthen the main and secondary energy centers of the body.
