A long weekend with daily yoga sessions, contemplative nature walks in blooming summer mountains and satsang (impulses and exchange on the application of yogic wisdom in a western context).

Silent times will enrich our time together. At the end of the retreat there will be a yogic strengthening ritual to transition into everyday life.

In Integral Yoga, the physical exercises are adapted to the individual needs of the participants, making the retreat suitable for both yoga beginners and regular practitioners.

The location for the ark was chosen deliberately: above the fog zone and with a far-reaching view. The round trip with the eyes leads from Slovenia and Italy via Styria back to Carinthia. The most striking peak is the Triglav in the Julian Alps at 2,864 meters. Turning west from the Carnic Alps, the Dobratsch, the Gerlitzen, the Nockberge and the Niedere Tauern rise up. This view is fantastic, impressive and calming at the same time. It is understandable that the panoramic view rooms are among our favorite rooms.

At the 1st Biohotel in Carinthia, organic food is processed vegetarian. According to the nutritional theory of Dr. M. O. Bruker - with a high content of vitamins, minerals, trace elements, enzymes and unsaturated fats. One third consists of raw vegetables. This means that there is plenty of fruit and vegetables on the breakfast buffet. And dinner starts with a large portion of salad. We are also happy to cook vegan or gluten-free meals.

250 km - A 10 Tauernautobahn to Villach, then A 2 Südautobahn to Klagenfurt, expressway to St. Veit/Glan - there direction Brückl, in Brückl traffic circle direction Eberstein, in Eberstein 4 km direction St. Oswald.

From Vienna
300 km - south highway to Völkermarkt Ost - direction Brückl
B 92 - Eberstein - 4 km to St. Oswald

Postbus (from Klagenfurt)
You can take the train to St. Veit an der Glan or Klagenfurt, from there take the Postbus to Eberstein, second stop.
