Ein fester Bestandteil ist für meine Schüler*innen und mich der Kornspeicher Mauritz auf der schönen Insel Rügen geworden. In einem wohl saniertem Gutshaus steht uns ein großzügiges Loft für unsere täglichen Morgen- und Abendstunden für Yoga und Meditationen zur Verfügung. Im großen Speicher des Hauses bewohnen wir zwei Etagen, die zum Verweilen und Nachspüren einladen. Ein Kaminfeuer, die offene Küche und bequeme Sessel und Couches lassen uns richtig abschalten und erholen. Apropos Küche: es wird vegan und saisonal gekocht, auch zusammen, wenn es erwünscht ist!
Was gibt es noch: Sauna, Pool, lange Spaziergänge, Konversationen, Massagen, Reiki (sprich' uns an)
Our chef, Tina, prepares meals for us participants based on Ayurvedic principles. All ingredients are fresh and seasonal. We serve both a morning brunch and an evening brunch. Drinks and snacks will be available throughout the day. Please feel free to contact us if you have any food intolerances or other questions.

There is plenty of time for rest, conversation, yoga, and simply BEING. Relax. Take a walk in the surrounding nature reserve. There’s even a small beach nearby.

- Bring your own bedding or book it as an add-on
- On-site sauna (you’ll need €2 coins)
- There’s also a small pool and sun loungers
Getting here: You can travel by bus and train if you’re not coming by car.
It’s very convenient to take the train from Berlin—or certainly other locations—to Stralsund. From there, there’s a train to Samtens that takes 18 minutes. Book through DB or Trainline.
We’ll pick you up at the station there.
Or by car via Stralsund to Zicker 16 (Zudar) in Garz on Rügen
