The subtle effect of the yoga exercises and the mindful exploration of the healing environment of the Chiemgau strengthen our confidence in our own strength and stability. We feel grounded, stable and in harmony with ourselves.
By consciously experiencing nature with all our senses, we shift our focus from thinking to sensing and feeling. During our hikes, we pause again and again at powerful places in nature for short meditation or yoga sessions.
The positive energy of yoga, meditation, mindful walking and natural fragrances is enhanced by the magical power of nature, and we find our way back to inner harmony on all levels.

from 14.00 h Arrival, room check-in
17.00 - 18.30 h Yoga session
followed by dinner
2nd to 7th day
08.00 h - 09.00 h Yoga morning session
followed by breakfast
Hike together
17.00 h - 18.00 h evening yoga session, unless yoga has already been practiced during the hike (depending on the weather!)
8th day
08.00 h - 09.00 h morning yoga session
followed by breakfast & departure
