The subtle effect of the yoga exercises and mindful hiking in the healing environment of the Mühlviertel strengthen our confidence in our own strength and stability. We feel grounded, stable and in harmony with ourselves again.
By consciously experiencing nature with all our senses, we move from thinking to feeling and sensing. During our hikes, we always stop for short meditations or yoga sessions in particularly powerful places in nature.
The positive energy of yoga, meditation, mindful hiking and essential oils is enhanced by the magical power of nature, allowing us to find harmony with ourselves on all levels.

followed by breakfast

17.00 h - 18.00 h evening yoga session, unless yoga has already been practiced during the hike (depending on the weather!)
8th day
08.00 h - 09.00 h morning yoga session
followed by breakfast & departure
