During a morning yoga practice, we get to know a first beautiful and consciously designed physical activity. Within the exercise practice, a great deal of emphasis is placed on exploring the meaning of the exercises. Working with simple to more demanding body and breathing exercises from yoga opens up a joy of movement and enables a differentiated body awareness and thus a targeted shaping of the body. In addition, a sense of free breathing and a free, organized consciousness is created, which is fundamentally trained in yoga practice. Overall, the exercise practice and its content open up new possibilities and ideas for a health-promoting and meaningful lifestyle.
On our hiking tours, we are out and about with open and alert senses. The Lake Garda region, with its natural beauty and magnificent views, invites us to revitalize our senses, our consciousness and our surroundings through targeted observation of nature. We discover the power and value of conscious attention both while hiking and during the contemplation exercises. Consciously pausing for a moment and observing the content of what we are looking at gives us an excellent sense of order and calm in our consciousness. This also enables a deeper perception, relationship and perception of the various natural phenomena.

The regeneration days are led by Simone Stoll - naturopath, yoga and breathing therapist, nature and mountain hiking guide. She has been working in her own practice for 20 years, focusing on movement, breathwork, prevention, relaxation, exhaustion, stress management, regeneration and lifestyle.
