Regeneration week with Ayurveda & yoga

The Vierkanthof in a secluded location with a view over the hilly landscape of the Mühlviertel offers the ideal atmosphere for a sustainable break. Try out new things, clear your head and feel the impetus for change. You will find retreat and peace at the natural swimming pond, in the woods and in the vastness of the gently rolling landscape. Enjoy moments of relaxation in the pine-scented sauna and in the evening in a cozy atmosphere around the fire bowl.

Modern, vegetarian-vegan cuisine awaits you at the Kleebauer Hof Retreat Center. Start the day with a feel-good breakfast with breads, jams, cheese, freshly prepared porridge, fruit, various types of milk, yogurt, fruit juices, spreads, coffee and different teas. At 2 p.m. we serve a light lunch with a warming soup and spreads with bread or pastries.

In the vastness of the Mühlviertel hills, you will practice yoga and meditation according to Ayurvedic principles. Your program leader will introduce you to Indian medicine in lectures. Learn about the basic principles of Ayurveda, Ayurvedic nutrition and how you can strengthen your immune system. In workshops, you will immerse yourself in the world of spices and remedies and experience Ayurvedic cuisine in a very practical way.

1 x Ayurveda consultation with advice (feel pulse, anamnesis)
1 x Mukabhyanga (Ayurvedic head and facial massage)
1 x Padabhyanga (Ayurvedic foot and leg massage)
1 x Abhyanga (soothing full body massage with oil)
1 x Marma application ayurvedic vital point massage
1 x Kalari (sports massage and mobilization techniques)
1 x individual special treatment

To Linz main station, from here there are regular bus connections to Altenfelden, pick-up from Altenfelden bus station is included at fixed times:
