In this retreat, you will immerse yourself in the world of schema therapy - a psychological method that helps you to understand old patterns and change them step by step. We take a loving look at how, for example, excessive self-criticism, constant functioning or conformity have developed - and what you need today to deal with yourself differently.

With exercises to work with inner parts, imagination journeys, mindful body awareness and reflection phases, you will learn to understand yourself better and develop self-compassion. This creates more inner security and a friendlier way of dealing with yourself - even in challenging moments.

In between, there is time for rest, nature and integration. The Shanti seminar house offers a protected setting for this in a mindful, appreciative atmosphere. In the small group, you can show yourself as you are - without pressure, without demands to perform.

Optionally, you can book an individual psychological session with me during the weekend (limited places).

Catering

During the retreat, you will be lovingly catered for with vegetarian, light cuisine.
There is no traditional breakfast time - instead we start relaxed with a brunch together at 11:00 am. In the evening, there is a warm, balanced dinner every day from 18:00.
Tea, water and small snacks are available in between.
The meals are deliberately light, mindful and supportive of inner work, peace and emotional balance.

Getting to Haus Shanti is easy and pleasant - regardless of whether you come by car, train or a transportation service.
It is important to me that you can already feel on the way: I am going to a place of peace.

By car

Haus Shanti is easy to reach and is quietly nestled in the countryside.
There are plenty of parking spaces available on site.
You will receive the exact address after booking - together with all the information you need for your relaxed arrival.

By train

The nearest train stations are easy to reach. From there you can

- or possibly in carpools with other participants.

Arrival & check-in

You can arrive on the day of arrival from 4 p.m., check into your room and take your time to arrive in the tranquillity of the place.
We will then begin the retreat in a relaxed manner in the evening with a meal together and a warm warm-up session.

Full refund up to 60 days before arrival.
If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price.
