This time-out at the Kleebauer Hof Retreat Center in the Mühlviertel region of Upper Austria is aimed at people who are longing for more inner clarity, emotional balance and a powerful way of dealing with stress. In a relaxed atmosphere, supported by nature and silence, you will learn specific techniques to recognize and dissolve stress patterns.
The central element is PEP® (process and embodiment-focused psychology), a method from process-oriented psychology that works with mindful tapping techniques, self-observation and empowering affirmations. It promotes emotional self-regulation and helps to clear mental loops and stressful feelings.
In addition to PEP®, you can expect mindfulness-based exercises in nature, meditations, breathing techniques and simple methods for relaxing the nervous system. The course is designed to be practical - with space for personal experience, personal reflection and sustainable integration into life.
The vastness around the Kleebauer farm, the simple life in harmony with nature and the warm atmosphere support the process in a beneficial way.
This retreat is suitable for people in phases of upheaval, for burnout prevention or simply as a conscious break for body, mind and soul.
