This retreat offers more than just a break—it is a deep immersion into the ancient wisdom of two complementary systems. Under the mindful guidance of Kerstin Pinger, long-time Indigo Retreat program director, yoga teacher, Ayurveda coach, and author, you can expect a finely tuned combination of movement, mindfulness, and knowledge that can be directly applied to your everyday life.
The daily yoga practice is tailored to your dosha type and is based on the Ayurvedic qualities of the times of day: strengthening and stabilizing in the morning, calming and balancing in the evening. Powerful sequences alternate with gentle asanas, breathing exercises, and meditation – always in connection with your individual energy balance.
A central element of this week is reflective self-awareness: in guided discussion and reflection sessions, you will work with the group to decipher your Ayurvedic constitution and learn to understand the needs, strengths, and patterns associated with it. Kerstin will also introduce you to simple but effective Ayurvedic routines: Dinacharya (daily structure), journaling, body care, and small rituals that deeply nourish and can give you stability and mindfulness in your everyday life even after the retreat. The retreat is inspired by the approach of her book "wachgeküsst" (kissed awake) and draws on Kerstin's years of in-depth expertise in yoga and Ayurveda. An invitation to rediscover your own balance – carried by the quiet rhythm of nature around the Kleebauer Hof. What you will take away from the Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat: - Individually tailored yoga practice and tools for your own balance
- Ayurvedic knowledge for more structure and ease in everyday life - A deeper understanding of personal needs and patterns - Inspiration & regeneration through connection with nature and yourself Program scope: 4 hours of program daily, one session of approx. 2 hours on the day of arrival and departure.
