Your journey begins on the day of arrival with a welcome ritual, tea ceremony and a first conscious arrival. In the following days, you can expect thematically structured sessions in the morning and afternoon: walking meditations in the forest, breathing practice, silent walks, reflection circles and body-oriented exercises. The content is designed in such a way that it is easily accessible even without prior knowledge and has a lasting effect.
