We invite you to spend a week together in the Allgäu on the Riederalp, to pause and recharge your batteries. EIGHT-SAMED YOGA with Piu and SOMATIC FASCINAL TRAINING with Julia await you. We activate our inner strength and arrive in deep body relaxation. This creates space for change, regeneration and reorganization.
In between there is time for hiking in the middle of the Nagelfluhkette Nature Park, swimming in the Alpsee or simply reading or doing nothing.
On the remote Riederalp there is a large, beautiful yoga room, common rooms such as a library, vegetarian food and, of course, beautiful nature. Located in seclusion, in the middle of the nature park at the end of a road and therefore without any through traffic, Riederalp is the ideal place to find peace and quiet. The perfect retreat in the mountains of the Allgäu.
You can either arrive by train and continue on foot (Immenstadt train station 1.5 km away) - or by cab.
