An extraordinary journey for up to 6 women to Nepal – with space for heart, silence, and genuine encounters. We live and travel together in powerful places, immerse ourselves in the daily life of Buddhist monasteries, and come into direct contact with the local people.
During our trip, we will stay in four different monasteries – some directly in the mountains, some on quiet monastery grounds in the middle of the lively hustle and bustle of the city, and some on the outskirts of smaller towns. Everywhere we go, we will have access to the monastic facilities: communal meals, meditations, guided tours, and exchanges and encounters with the monks who live there.
We are always well organized and travel safely: in Nepal, we have our own guides, a private minibus with driver, and reliable local contacts – including organization and emergency contact. I myself accompany the group around the clock throughout the trip.
The tour is deliberately designed to be varied: silence, retreat, and nature alternate with impressions of everyday life in Nepal and the vibrant life of the cities. Everything remains stress-free and well-coordinated, creating space for inner peace, integration, and processing of the many new impressions. The trip is aimed at women aged 25 to 65 – the more colorful the mix, the more enriching the group.
I am 63 years old and bring a wealth of experience and presence to the tour. Knowledge of English is helpful but not a prerequisite – thanks to our local friends and contacts, we can get by just fine without it. This trip is an invitation to pause, be moved, gain new perspectives, and experience Nepal in a very personal and authentic way.
