9:00 AM – Healthy breakfast
Freshly prepared, nourishing, and Mediterranean.
10:00 AM – Time for yourself
Space for tranquility, nature, and your own impulses:
Walks to quiet coves
Swimming, reading, or simply pausing
Time without a set schedule
12:30 PM – Practice & Inspiration
Aerial Yoga session: supported practice in a hammock with a focus on flexibility and lightness.
Meditation and mindfulness practice
Brief insights on mindfulness, stress management, and longevity
(practical & suitable for daily life)
2:00 PM – Lunch
Light, vegetarian with regional ingredients.
3:00 PM – Nature & Movement
Mindfulness in nature:
Coastal paths & pine forests
Swimming breaks in the sea
Time at your own pace
6:30 PM – Dinner & Sharing
Shared meals – at selected locations, sometimes by the sea or in the old town of Hvar, depending on the daily schedule.
9:30 PM – Return & Rest
Time for silence, reflection, or retreat
