Accommodation

You plan your journey yourself. You are welcome to be picked up at Ebelsbach/Eltmann station.
In my private villa there are 4 individual rooms with large beds with a view of the beautiful garden. We share the bathroom and kitchen during this time. A professional cook will lovingly prepare a variety of meals for us. I charge a total of 330€ for this. If you prefer to stay in other accommodation, you are of course welcome to do so.

Catering

A professional chef accompanies our retreat. If certain preferences, allergies etc. are communicated in advance, she will be happy to cater to them.

Arrival day:
- Arrival & dinner together
- Introduction, getting in the mood in nature

Content and times are carefully and individually tailored to you.
No pressure to perform - you can just be yourself.

- Morning ritual & nature experience
- breakfast
- Daily coaching sessions with horses, systemic constellation work
- Lunch time for integration & rest
- Afternoon: nature time, movement (e.g. climbing, power places, rituals)
- Evening: vegetarian meal followed by reflection, journaling, fire or silence

Departure day:
- Reflection, final round in nature
- Light breakfast, departure by 11 a.m.

Arrival

You have to organize the journey yourself. There is a large parking lot right next to my property, so you can drive right up to the door to unload.
I can also pick you up at Ebelsbach/Eltmann train station
