Gentle, mindful practice for relaxation, stress reduction, and regeneration. Also suitable for beginners. Pranayama (breathing work) Simple breathing techniques for self-regulation and calming the nervous system. Osho meditations Active forms of meditation with movement, breath, and silence for emotional relief. Participation is voluntary.
Sound meditation Deeply relaxing practice with singing bowls to regulate the nervous system. Ecstatic dance Free movement without guidelines – space for expression and letting go, without pressure to perform. Nature & integration Time for walks, rest periods, and conscious integration between sessions. The retreat is designed to leave plenty of room for relaxation and reflection.
