This sustainable retreat combines mindful, body-oriented yoga practice with the profound symbolism of the five elements - earth, water, fire, air and space. Each element is at the center of a retreat day and serves as a guide for movement, breath, meditation and rituals. The approach is holistic: physically challenging, energetically strengthening, emotionally opening and mentally clarifying.
The days begin with a dynamic, alignment-based yoga practice in the morning, which allows you to physically experience the respective element - for example through standing postures for grounding or flowing sequences for the element of water. In the afternoon, you can expect gentler forms of practice such as yin yoga, meditation, breathwork or ritual impulses to integrate what you have experienced.
Between the sessions there is space for retreat, walks, conversations or simply "being" - important for individual processing and personal alignment. The retreat is open to beginners with some previous experience as well as experienced yoga practitioners who would like to deepen their practice.
The combination of movement, mindfulness and symbol work creates an experiential space that extends far beyond the mat. You will not only take away new inspiration for your practice, but also more clarity for your life.
The program highlights:
Each day is dedicated to one element - physically, mentally and energetically.
