A weekend to root, realign and reimagine:
The weekend combines three gentle yoga sessions (morning flow & evening yin), two professional coaching sessions, and three guided creative workshops — including a Vision Board and nature-inspired art experiments. Each day includes sharing circles, communal meals, and free time to explore the farm and its surroundings. No prior experience needed in yoga, coaching or art.
Friday – Arriving & Landing
- From 16:00 Arrival at ORTO, check-in
- 18:00 Welcome circle & gentle yin yoga to arrive in your body and in the group
- 20:30 Dinner together
The intention: leave the week behind. You're here now.
Saturday - Going back to your roots
- Morning yoga: Stretch to Grow - a gentle, energising practice to open the day (we will start at 08:30)
- Breakfast
- Group coaching session: Where are you now? Where do you want to be? What is blocking you? We will use creative elements that support us, where words are missing.
- Shared lunch made with love (and probably some fresh garden herbs)
- Group coaching session: What truly matters to you…
- Creative afternoon with coffee break: Get inspired by nature to create a possible solution for your situation (with colors, soil, plants…)
- Evening yoga: Getting Rooted - a slow, restorative session to close the day

Sunday - Get inspired to radiate
- Morning yoga: Stretch to Grow to start the day energised (we will start at 08:30)

- Creative morning: Vision Board session - not the cheesy kind. We use imagery, intuition, and play to access what your rational mind can't always reach. You will be guided by a prior meditation.
- Shared lunch
- Group coaching session: Personal action planning - turning insight into real next steps
- Sharing circle: What am I taking home?
- Closing ritual
- Departure from 4pm
The intention: leave lighter, clearer, more yourself.
Your host: Astrid Waterstraat (Hamburg, Germany)
Astrid is a certified yoga teacher and professional coach - she has spent the last several years helping people reconnect with themselves through movement, reflection, and creativity.
She designed ‘Rooted & Radiant’ because she knows what it feels like to have everything under control and still feel lifeless at the same time. To be "successful" on paper and still feel like something essential is missing.
This retreat is the space she wish she'd had.
She also an artist - and that shapes how she works. She believes that creativity isn't a luxury or a hobby. Art is one of the most direct paths back to yourself.
This is her first retreat as host - and she is bringing everything she has to it.
Small group, personal attention, a lot of heart.
She would love to meet you at ORTO in June. :)
