We create a space where we feel safe to soften, transform, and release our hardness. Only when we are soft and gentle with ourselves is connection possible – we begin to feel our bodies again and can let go of tension and stress. Only then can we be gentle and appreciative with others and with life itself – we find a nourishing consciousness that is characterized by a deep trust in the goodness of life.
