The artistic-creative activity enables you to gain deeper access to yourself that goes beyond language. You create your inner images, which make unconscious aspects in particular visible.

You create images of your self-perception. You recognize your feelings, roles, abilities and resources. You formulate wishes and goals for your personal development. I will accompany and support you with painting techniques and advice according to your needs.

In the nearby area of Troisdorf - Bonn - Cologne there are many different accommodations that can be booked separately.
In the neighborhood of the studio there are several accommodations via airbnb ... within walking distance.

Catering

Drinks such as tea, water and apple spritzer are available in the studio and are included in the course fee.
Of course, all breaks can be spent in the studio. Please bring your own refreshments.
There is also a café and a snack bar nearby.

The premise for my offers is always that everyone feels comfortable. Both I and the participants contribute to this through mutual consideration, respect and freedom of values.

We start by getting to know each other briefly and clarifying the organizational framework.
The creative phases are accompanied by group exchanges and individual discussions. Everyone decides for themselves how they want to contribute to the group. I provide professional and advisory support.

Creative phases last 60-120 minutes, depending on the focus and needs of the participants. Creative phases include:
- My external image - internal image
- My role map
- My self-image collage
- My mix of perspectives and materials
There is a longer break between the creative phases and short breaks as required.

The creative process takes different lengths of time for each person and requires more or less support. Of course I pay attention to this.
