If ignored, this high demand leads to extreme strain with subsequent exhaustion, physical symptoms and chronic stress.

But how can I get out of the hamster wheel before it's too late?

With a break in "European Hawaii"! The coaching house is located on the beautiful island of Madeira, where you can learn more about your personal stress situation, the stress principle and the effects on your body.

During the retreat week, the focus is on increasing your resistance to stress, as well as strategies to make you more resilient to stress. Since a solution is only good if it is tailored to your specific needs, we will develop your individual solutions during the week.
It is crucial that you recognize your own wishes and needs with regard to the most important elements in your life and incorporate these into your work so that you can successfully deal with your daily demands in the long term. Because of this individual approach, it's not about simply teaching theory, it's about experiencing it yourself. Through our own experience, we can better implement what we have learned and integrate it into our everyday lives. Using methods and exercises from coaching, you will gain your own personal insights, achieve greater clarity and make conscious decisions.
In the "Selfcare against stress" week, you will also learn more about how to reduce stress, activate your inner resources and unlock your potential. We will also look at your limiting beliefs and how you can say goodbye to them.

For relaxation and interpersonal exchange, we include the picturesque island of Madeira. Hikes along the levadas create space to sharpen your senses, let your thoughts wander and get back in touch with yourself. Other activities, such as a visit to the Fanal, where you will experience the UNESCO World Heritage Site, an afternoon on the beach in the beautiful bay of Calheta or the opportunity to visit the capital, invite you to further relaxation. The week in Madeira allows you to take an efficient time-out from which you will benefit in the long term.

Accommodation in a single room in the coaching house with WC/shower, air conditioning, a comfortable double bed and half board is included in the price. Water, tea and fruit are available to you during the day. The coaching house is located in Prazeres and you have a fantastic view over the sea from the terrace.
Take advantage of the change of environment far away from your everyday obligations, the strength and space in combination with the seminar for your own personal development, to find energy, clarity and impulses for new perspectives. Use the peace and quiet and the time to make changes and find a way out of overload and stress.

The rooms in the coaching house are equipped with comfortable double beds, a bathroom with shower and WC, air conditioning and comfortable seating.
The shared living and dining area and the terrace with pool invite you to chat and linger.
A bright open kitchen is available for tea or coffee in between.

Catering

In the morning, breakfast is available between 08:00 and 10:00. In order to make this as sustainable as possible, you will receive a list in advance on which you can mark your general breakfast wishes.
Fresh fruit, coffee, tea and water are always available for you during the day.
The time of the evening meal is specified daily, depending on the daily schedule.

You can find direct flights to Madeira from Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart, Berlin, Bremen, Hanover, Nuremberg, Munich and Dresden. You can reach the wonderful island of Madeira in around 4 hours. The airport is called Funchal (FNC) and is about 45 minutes away from Prazeres.
