Love, light and stardust don't get you anywhere because you secretly feel that something else is hidden inside you?
That despite all your efforts and work on yourself and trying to be a nice person, you keep experiencing situations and people on the outside where you find it difficult to "stay in love" and keep thinking positively? Something is standing in the way of your happiness and some things just won't go away despite daily affirmations and follow you around like a red thread in your life?
Then it may well be that you have a blind spot, a shadow that you hide well from yourself, especially if you prefer to turn to the light.
The psychiatrist C.G. Jung, probably the best-known "shadow worker", already recognized this:
"If an inner situation is not made conscious, it appears on the outside as fate."
In this shadow retreat, I invite courageous souls on a transformative journey into the "underworld" to explore what Jung called the "shadow self".
That inner part of our personality that we like to hide behind the mask of the "beautiful and nice person" that we like to present to the outside world as an ideal and socially desirable self-image. Even as children, we have often learned to banish and suppress unwanted parts.
But there is also the bright shadow within us, those abilities that we admire in others but do not trust or admit to ourselves. We are afraid to show ourselves as we really are.
It costs us a lot of strength to suppress and ignore these denied parts of ourselves, to tell ourselves stories about ourselves, we secretly just don't feel complete and in our full power.
We perceive our shadow as negative, but it is an inner treasure that needs to be protected and looked at anew.
If we have the courage to look behind our own façade, transformation and personal growth await us.
Old blockages can be released and previously unlived parts can be integrated into an authentic, whole personality that can be viewed from both sides and brought into balance. We can discover new qualities in ourselves that can even become useful to us.
It's not about becoming someone else, but rather about "un-blocking" ourselves in order to be who we are.
As a psychological counselor, I will accompany you on a journey to your hidden treasure chest to help you find and welcome your hidden parts.
In a protected environment surrounded by lush nature, I offer you a variety of methods to explore your treasure chest in a simple and playful way and to become creatively aware of your mask.
If you wish, I can also accompany you shamanically, with the help of the devas of the mystical nightshade plants, the two-faced alpine goddess Percht and beautiful nature rituals or as part of a night walk.
Are you ready? Your journey to self-acceptance and inner peace begins here. Because where there is light, there can also be shadow.🌙
