Arrival
Arrival by train:
By bus and train
Take the train to Eberswalde and from there take bus 912 to Brodowin Dorf.
Alternatively, take the regional express train to Chorin station (hourly from Berlin main station in 40 min.) and ask to be picked up from there. From the station it is about 6 km through the forest to Brodowin. Pick-up service 5 €
By car:
From Berlin, take the A 11 towards Stettin until the "Joachimsthal" exit. Then turn left towards Angermünde, past Groß- and Klein-Ziethen and after about 8 km turn right at the junction to the B2 towards Eberswalde, drive through the village of Serwest, over the railroad tracks and immediately after that turn left towards Brodowin and follow the road through the forest for the last few kilometers.
Caution: Your navigation system may suggest the shortest route after the highway exit is to take the shortcut via Senftenhütte - a very pretty route through the beech forest, but the cobblestones are only suitable for robust vehicles.
Alternatively - the exit is already one before Joachimsthal, but the route is a little longer - take the "Chorin" exit, drive through Britz to the B 2, then turn left towards Angermünde, through the village and past Chorin Monastery and after about 3 more kilometers turn right towards Brodowin.
