On these special days, we embark on a journey to the four great forces of nature: earth, water, fire, and air.
These forces are not merely around us—they live within us, permeate us, nourish us, challenge us, and remind us that we are part of a greater whole.
In the shamanic worldview, the elements are regarded as sacred entities, as living forces that teach us, accompany us, and support us on our path. Those who open themselves to them enter a space of deep connection—with nature, with themselves, and with that which is greater than us.
In this seminar, we dedicate a separate space to each element:
*We meditate with each respective force
* we explore its qualities out in nature and within ourselves,
* we make contact—through rituals, ceremonies, and conscious engagement
* we learn how to invite and guide them—for purification, grounding, clarification, gaining strength, and inner alignment.
This intense, direct connection opens up deep levels of perception. It can trigger healing impulses and lead us back to our original power
My knowledge comes from various traditional sources. My initiation into Buryat-Mongolian shamanism was particularly formative—an ancient, powerful lineage in which the elements are revered and called upon as spiritual allies.
With this course, I also build a bridge to our own cultural roots. For in our own country, too, knowledge of the elements was once preserved as a sacred treasure. It is time to bring this connection back to life—for ourselves, our communities, and future generations.
Most of the seminar will take place in the great outdoors.
The direct experience in the forest, by the water, with the wind, and under the open sky gives us a deep, physically tangible understanding of the elements. This strengthens, clarifies, and permeates—in a natural way.
I look forward to these powerful days, Petra
