The sea and its shores offer an ideal playing field with almost endless possibilities. On our sailing ship BRISA, we can live in this wonderful boundless space, play with winds and waves, enjoy pure sunlight, clear air and pure joie de vivre, but also face our fears and other shadow issues in order to gain clarity and strength. The perception of our bodies in communication with the ship and the forces of nature is our most important tool for the journey into our inner spaces and across the sea.

No previous sailing experience required, but those who wish can of course acquire this or improve their sailing skills.

The BRISA has 5 to 6 comfortable berths. Depending on the number of participants, the 2 cabins on our ship are occupied individually or doubly.
Bed linen, blankets and pillows are provided.
Our ship has a toilet and washbasin. SHOWERS are available in every harbor.

We will do the shopping before departure and prepare simple meals in the well-equipped pantry according to the individual wishes of the participants. Restaurant visits are NOT included.

We meet in a suitable harbor by arrangement (depending on necessities such as arrival, itinerary, dates...).
The grocery shopping according to the needs of the guests is done before the start of the trip.
The guests occupy their berths and stow their luggage.
After a thorough familiarization with the ship, there is a detailed safety briefing.
... and then the adventure can begin, of course always depending on the prevailing weather conditions and the mental and physical requirements of the participants!
Comfortable "introduction round" Concerns, wishes, expectations on the first evening at the latest.
Feelings, questions, dreams, feedback... of course at any time (except during mooring, casting off or sailing maneuvers) ...and at least once a day a detailed "round" on all processes, perspectives and "construction sites" that emerge
We spend the nights at anchor or in harbors, depending on the weather, the course of the trip and our mood.

Mönkebude is located on the Szczecin Lagoon and can be reached by train and bus via Ückermünde or Ducherow. Pick-up from the train station by arrangement.
Depending on the course of the trip and scheduling, it is also possible to board the boat or change crew in other ports
