Maybe you're tired. Not just a little tired. But the kind of tired you can't explain to anyone. Tired of being strong, tired of functioning, and tired of always having "everything under control" while something inside you quietly screams that you've long since lost touch with yourself.
Maybe you've become good at carrying on. At smiling, giving, and holding on. Even when your body has been saying no for a long time. And maybe you know that moment... when you're alone and suddenly feel: There's something inside me that wants to come back. Back into my body, back into my femininity. Back to myself.
If you feel this, you've come to the right place. Because this retreat is not about you "understanding" more. It's about you inhabiting yourself again. Not in your head, but in your entire body. WHAT TO EXPECT: You will enter a space where you don't have to function. No spiritual sugarcoating, no masks, and no perseverance.
You will remember again. Your essence, your being, your work, and your origins. I will accompany you during these days with shamanic energy work, trauma-sensitive bodywork, and deep emotional bodywork. This means that we will not only work on your history. We will work on what your nervous system has made of it.
Because many women are not "too sensitive." They have simply been too strong for too long. And that is exactly what we will resolve. Layer by layer. You will not "learn" your femininity here. NOPE... You will reclaim it. Through your breath. Through your body. Through your voice and through boundaries that are not just a thought, but an embodied truth.
We work with cycle knowledge and female archetypes so that you stop fighting against yourself. So that you understand when you are in bloom and when you are in the depths. And why you are not a problem if you don't always function the same way.
We open up spaces for what often has no place: anger that you swallowed in order to be loved. Shame that you carry, even though it never belonged to you. Sadness that is so old that you can hardly feel it anymore. And that part of you that still thinks it has to do everything on its own. And yes... it can get intense.
Trauma-sensitive means that you are not pushed. You are not "broken." You are guided. In safety, dignity, and with respect for your pace. How does that happen? With bodywork that is not nice. But real. With exercises that you don't "just do," but that bring you back to your truth.
Shamanic does not mean show. Shamanic means: we work with energy, with the invisible, with what lies between the words. With cleansing, letting go & reconnecting. With the part of you that has long known what truth is. You will not become "someone new." You will become who you always were before you started bending yourself out of shape.
Sisterhood You will be in a small group of no more than 8 women. Real women. Real truth. No masks. No games. And maybe that's already part of your healing: no longer carrying the burden alone. No longer healing alone. No longer being strong alone. Here, you are allowed to fall and be held.
