Vegetarian full board - simple, fresh and balanced monastery cuisine
Daily guided meditations (several sessions per day)
Gentle hatha yoga and mindful movement
Introduction to mindfulness, breathing and concentration practice
Use of the meditation & yoga equipment & room (also outside the fixed retreat units)
Time for journaling, contemplation and nature walks
Accompaniment and guidance by Katrin Blumenauer for the entire duration of the retreat
